South Africa and India both evenly balanced in the third test

India played well on the third day to keep them into the game and keep this series decider cricket match alive. India managed a 2 run lead in the first innings and grabbed two South African wickets for a score of 50 at the end of the day. Sachin Tendulkar and Dale Steyn were the stars of the day for each of the teams.
India didn’t got off to such a start as required but Gambhir and Tendulkar managed to keep things under control. While Gambhir fell short of his century by just seven runs and Tendulkar fought hard to reach to 51st international test cricket century. Indian side looks pretty balanced for the approaching World Cup 2011 in the subcontinent.
Dale Steyn on the other hand showed his fierce bowling performance against the batsmen of the No. 1 ranked side in the test cricket. All the teams are focusing on the coming World Cup 2011 which less than two months away from now and they will want their players to be in top form. Dale Steyn had certainly ripped off Indian batting line up taking five wickets.
The fate of the game will be decided in remaining two days left in the game, cricket looks really fascinating while watching an encounter between the two great sides. Harbhajan Singh balanced the things for India by getting two quick wickets towards the end of the day. Tomorrow’s day will be an important one in the deciding factor of the test series.
World Cup 2011 will see the all the best cricket teams facing each other to emerge as champions. This is a high time to catch all the cricketing action happening around us, stay in touch with all the cricket action and keep watching the cricket tv on the site.
