Brett Lee, nicknamed Bing, was a former Australian cricket player. He was born in 1976 at Wollongong of New South Wales. He was an athletic fielder and a lower-order right-handed batsman of his team. His batting average exceeded 20 in the test cricket. Since 2005-2006, his 7th wicket partnership with Mike Hussey has become the world record of most runs in 7th wicket in the ODI.
Lee started his first test match against India in 1999 played at Melbourne Cricket Ground of Australia. In that match, he hunted 5 wickets in the first innings and 2 wickets in the second innings. He began his ODI career in 2000 in a match against Pakistan at the Brisbane Cricket Ground. In that match, he bowled 10 overs giving 39 runs, but achieved no wicket.
Lee has played a total 76 test and 186 one-day matches in his career. His highest scores are 64 and 57 in the test and one-day matches respectively. He obtained five wickets 10 times in the test career and 9 times in the ODI career. Again he got four wickets 17 and 11 times in the test and ODI career respectively. He hunted total 310 test wickets and 324 one day wickets.
